UPDATE: 1 Week Later
It has been about a week since I bought this SESniper software and here are some results:
I used 10 domains with about 30 keywords in total (all domains are only a couple of months ancient and were hardly indexed at all). For their primary keyword, 7 of the 10 websites are now on page 1 of Google and the other 3 are on pages 2-4. By next week all 10 should be sitting comfortably on page 1
